Product & AI Operations Specialist
The Product & AI Operations Specialist at Betsson Group is responsible for enabling Product teams to adopt and integrate AI into their daily workflows. This role involves close collaboration with Product Operations, Core AI, and Engineering teams to operationalize AI for Product, focusing on structuring, governing, and making product knowledge, inputs, decisions, and workflows consumable by AI systems. The emphasis is on achieving tangible impacts by improving operational hygiene, reducing low-value manual tasks, and enabling teams to work more efficiently without adding unnecessary processes or complexity.
Key responsibilities include supporting the identification and prioritization of AI adoption opportunities across Product teams, researching and validating AI tools to enhance Product workflows, and designing AI-enabled workflows for activities such as documentation, planning, QA support, reporting, and reviews. The specialist will also shape how product knowledge and decisions are structured for AI consumption, improve team hygiene through AI-assisted summaries and insights, and embed AI into everyday product workflows in a consistent and scalable manner. Additionally, the role involves defining standards and guardrails for AI usage across Product Operations and partnering with Engineering and Core AI teams to ensure proper structuring of Product inputs for downstream AI workflows.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with AI, machine learning, or generative AI in practical contexts, along with a strong understanding of product or digital delivery environments. Comfort with modern AI tools, platforms, and automation concepts is essential, as is the ability to quickly move from idea to validated, repeatable operational solutions. A pragmatic mindset focused on real-world team settings, a hands-on approach to designing and improving workflows, and strong problem-solving skills are also required. Experience or interest in tools such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar is beneficial.
