Principal Solution Architect
Arcesium is seeking an experienced Principal Solution Architect to join our Client and Partner Development team as a Forward Deployed Solution Architect. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our platform and clients' business requirements, delivering scalable and repeatable long-term solutions. Arcesium is a global financial technology firm dedicated to solving complex data-driven challenges for some of the world's most sophisticated financial institutions.
As a Forward Deployed Solution Architect, you will guide top customer stakeholders, such as CTOs and CDOs, on accelerating their data strategies through Arcesium. Your responsibilities include decomposing complex customer problems into component parts, designing scalable solutions using our platform capabilities, and presenting these solutions both verbally and through detailed proposals. You will lead various projects, including Proof of Concepts and implementations, manage stakeholder expectations, highlight project risks, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in client-facing roles that require a high degree of consultative and solutioning skills, providing technical solutions and driving software development. A strong software engineering background with hands-on coding experience in languages such as Python or Java, and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong technology acumen, knowledge of engineering processes, design expertise, and architecture intelligence. Familiarity with cutting-edge cloud solutions and data analysis techniques is also required.
