AlphaSense is seeking a Principal Software Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance our market intelligence platform. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI models and algorithms. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms are essential. A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in AI-focused roles, is required.
