Principal Product Manager, Enterprise Admin
AlphaSense is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of Enterprise Administration systems, workflows, and tools that enable both internal teams and enterprise customers to efficiently configure, manage, and scale the platform. This senior, high-impact individual contributor role resides within the Enterprise Intelligence product line, focusing on the entire customer lifecycle from account setup and provisioning through ongoing management, growth, and renewal.
The Principal Product Manager will own the holistic vision and roadmap for enterprise administration across internal and customer-facing systems. Responsibilities include mapping and optimizing the enterprise customer lifecycle, orchestrating alignment across multiple technology and operational teams, influencing senior stakeholders to drive investment and prioritization for cross-functional initiatives, and measuring success through improved onboarding efficiency, reduced operational overhead, and enhanced enterprise customer autonomy and satisfaction.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS product leadership, with a proven track record of driving end-to-end, cross-functional transformation initiatives. The role requires adeptness at navigating complex organizational structures, aligning senior stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market functions, and experience in enterprise lifecycle management, internal tooling, or admin experience domains. Strong skills in mapping and redesigning end-to-end workflows, particularly those involving multiple systems and complex edge cases, are essential.
The base compensation range for this position is $190,000 to $260,000 USD, with potential for performance-based bonuses, equity participation, and a generous benefits program.
