Pre-Sales Consultant, Chinese/Mandarin Speaker
The Pre-Sales Consultant role at AlphaSense is integral to the Customer Success organization, working closely with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of our AI-driven market intelligence platform to prospective clients. This position focuses on the Corporate vertical, engaging with decision-makers and users to uncover use cases, run tailored demos, and guide prospects to successful outcomes. AlphaSense is a leading provider of market intelligence and search solutions, trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500.
Key responsibilities include partnering with go-to-market teams to drive commercial outcomes by managing seamless product evaluations and contributing to new business revenue growth. The consultant will conduct targeted discovery into clients' unique research workflows and pain points, helping them effectively leverage AlphaSense for their specific use cases. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential, engaging directly with corporate professionals to understand their challenges and establish credibility as a domain and product expert. Additionally, the role involves translating client feedback into product and content improvement suggestions to inform future developments.
The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of experience in a corporate role or in supporting corporate clients within a fintech or SaaS organization, with exposure to workflows in areas such as Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Development, or Investor Relations. A demonstrated interest in the transformative potential of AI for the corporate sector, along with flexible problem-solving skills and knowledge of the competitive landscape for generative AI in corporate workflows, is highly valued. Strong presentation skills, the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, and a consultative approach to client interactions are essential. Fluency in both Chinese/Mandarin and English is required to effectively serve clients in the Chinese-speaking market.
