Pre-Sales Consultant
Arcesium is seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Consultant to join our Client and Partner Development group. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales team to engage both new and existing customers, leveraging your extensive product and industry knowledge to deliver compelling presentations and technology demonstrations that drive the technical aspects of the sales process. You will also coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the appropriate technical resources are aligned at each stage of the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of Arcesium's business and technology to effectively communicate our value proposition, delivering product demonstrations to clients and prospects, and responding to technical inquiries and requests for information. You will work with Sales, Technology, Financial Operations, and Implementation teams to gather and interpret client requirements, creating proposals and preliminary project plans that include high-level solution and integration designs. Additionally, you will research industry trends to anticipate changes impacting sales and suggest improvements to the sales process to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in pre-sales consulting, sales engineering, technical sales, business development, consulting, or client support, preferably within financial services or financial technology. You should be organized, methodical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. A bachelor's degree and a strong record of academic and professional achievement are required, with a passion for technology being highly desirable.
The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $175,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, as well as benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401(k) contribution matching.
