Player Management - Backend Software Engineer
The Backend Software Engineer role at Betsson Group focuses on developing and maintaining the Player Account Management (PAM) system, a critical component responsible for managing player accounts across over 40 online brands. This position is based in Budapest and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-tier customer experiences in the iGaming industry.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing distributed and multi-tier microservices systems, developing features related to account creation, verification, authentication, and user session management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and functionality. The role also involves contributing to the ongoing transition towards microservices and containerization using Docker.
Candidates should possess strong proficiency C# with knowledge of Web API, experience in implementing distributed systems, and effective communication skills in English. Additional qualifications that are advantageous include experience Core, Docker, messaging systems like NServiceBus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ, and a background in DevOps practices.
