Wolt is seeking a temporary People Partner to cover a six-month maternity leave within our Support organization. This role involves comprehensive management of the people agenda for approximately 500–600 employees across multiple sites in Israel. The position is highly hands-on, focusing on employee relations, manager coaching, and operational HR support in a dynamic, frontline environment.

Key responsibilities include acting as the HR Partner for a large frontline employee population, demonstrating regular on-site presence with weekly visits to support sites. The role involves providing hands-on HR guidance to managers leading hourly customer service representatives in a high-volume, operational environment. This includes consultation on employee relations, performance management, conduct issues, and day-to-day people challenges. Additionally, the position supports managers through end-to-end termination processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and local labor laws. The People Partner will also play an active role in designing, developing, and delivering manager trainings related to employee relations, people processes, and labor law topics. Partnering with leaders to support organizational changes within the Support organization, including team structure changes, role adjustments, and workforce planning aligned with changing business needs, is also a key aspect of the role. Collaboration with HR Operations, Legal, and other People functions is essential to ensure smooth, compliant, and effective people processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an HR Partner or HR Business Partner, preferably in an operational, frontline, or high-volume environment. Strong hands-on experience in employee relations and manager consulting is required, along with a solid understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices. Experience supporting termination processes, organizational changes, and sensitive employee cases is essential. The ability to coach managers on both soft leadership skills and legal/HR fundamentals is important. Comfort working with hourly employees, shift-based work, and high employee turnover is necessary. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills are required, as well as the ability to operate independently while managing a broad and complex scope. A high level of judgment, professionalism, and discretion is expected. Willingness to travel regularly between sites across Israel is also necessary.

This role plays a key part in strengthening people leadership within the Support organization. By supporting managers in a demanding, constantly evolving environment and guiding organizational changes aligned with business needs, the People Partner helps create stability, improve employee experience, and ensure compliant, people-centered practices across a critical part of the business.
