Partner Sales Representative
The Partner Sales Representative at Wellhub is a pivotal role within our Sales team, focusing on expanding our partner network in Berlin. Wellhub is a leading corporate wellness platform that connects employees worldwide to top-tier fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep partners through a unified subscription service. With headquarters in New York City and a presence across Europe, North America, and South America, we are dedicated to transforming every company into a wellness-centric organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging key decision-makers at prospective partner organizations, utilizing various outreach methods such as video meetings, in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and social selling. Your primary objective will be to establish and nurture relationships that lead to successful partnership agreements, contributing significantly to the growth and diversification of Wellhub's partner ecosystem. Additionally, you will oversee the seamless onboarding of new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our platform.
The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial expertise and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, with a medium proficiency in English considered advantageous. Experience in startups, high-velocity sales environments, or the fitness industry is preferred. Key attributes include excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
