The Partner Success Executive at Wellhub is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key partners, ensuring seamless integration processes, and providing ongoing support to enhance partner engagement and retention. Key responsibilities include handling partner inquiries through Zendesk, managing ticket workloads, negotiating contract renewals and pricing adjustments, and ensuring partners comply with platform standards. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs, develop strategies to improve partner retention, and analyze data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience in key account management, preferably within the fitness industry. A hands-on mentality, strong project management skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities are essential. Experience in a global role and proficiency with advanced data analysis and dashboards are advantageous.
