User Lifecycle Specialist
The User Lifecycle Specialist at Wellhub plays a pivotal role in engaging and retaining paid subscribers across the US and Canadian markets. This position is part of the Marketing team based in New York City, focusing on developing content to guide users through their customer journey, encouraging family member additions, and identifying top users to launch ambassador programs. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and scale lifecycle strategies across email, in-app, push, and SMS channels.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives to increase subscriber retention and drive family member conversions. The specialist will lead the Ambassador Program, activating subscribers as advocates through referrals, testimonials, and engagement campaigns. Additionally, the role involves using analytics to measure the impact of engagement initiatives and continuously optimize lifecycle marketing efforts through A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. Collaboration with key local stakeholders and leads from other regions is essential to manage cross-functional initiatives and foster a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, with over three years of experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management. A proven track record in multi-channel CRM execution, including email, SMS, in-app, and push notifications, is required. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to testing and optimizing customer retention strategies are essential. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, ideally Braze or equivalent, and proficiency in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis techniques are also necessary.
Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, depending on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in either the annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and the performance-based stock option program.
