Orientation Assistant

Host Broadcast Services (HBS) is seeking an Orientation Assistant to support the Orientation Team during the FIFA World Cup 2026 at the International Broadcast Centre in Dallas. HBS specializes in delivering world-class broadcast solutions for major international sporting events, ensuring a seamless viewing experience for audiences worldwide.

The Orientation Assistant will assist in implementing the "First day on-site" concept, ensuring that approximately 1,300 staff members receive comprehensive guidance and information upon arrival. Responsibilities include managing attendance lists, distributing materials, coordinating meeting room allocations, and providing on-site support to new staff members.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a customer service-oriented approach, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, live event settings. Proficiency in English and a hands-on approach to tasks are essential.
