Host Broadcast Services (HBS) is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the integration of newly incorporated entities in Spain, Mexico, Canada, and Brazil into our financial and reporting structure. In this role, the Accounting Manager will manage relationships with external payroll, accounting, and tax providers, acting as the vital link to our Controlling team. Responsibilities include overseeing and supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset, and general ledger accounting for four legal entities, including the closing process. The role also involves managing the IFRS 16 database and related postings, calculating and posting bad debt provisions (including IFRS 9), supporting the intercompany reconciliation process monthly, preparing monthly direct cash flow, and collaborating with the accounts payable team lead on cash flow forecasting. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will prepare IFRS reporting packages in HFM for the four legal entities on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis, provide support in ERP rollout, oversee the approval of employee expense reports, and maintain documentation of accounting processes, ensuring internal controls are in place and followed by stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting (or equivalent certification) and have over five years of relevant experience. A strong knowledge of IFRS is required, and familiarity with local GAAP for Canada, Mexico, or Spain is a plus. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Spanish being highly advantageous. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or Dynamics 365 Business Central is beneficial. ERP implementation support experience is desirable, as is experience in international or multicultural environments. The role requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who can see the bigger picture and remain calm under pressure to meet deadlines. The candidate should be independent, proactive, and committed to high-quality work, professional integrity, and client-first thinking, as well as being a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
