IT Infrastructure & Support Coordinator

Host Broadcast Services (HBS) is seeking a proactive and curious IT Infrastructure & Support Coordinator to join our UK hub in London. As a leading independent host broadcast specialist, HBS delivers world-class broadcast solutions for major international sporting events, including the FIFA World Cup™, ensuring a unique and engaging viewing experience for global audiences. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of IT support within the hub while contributing to global IT initiatives.

The IT Infrastructure & Support Coordinator will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to users via Zendesk and in person, support office IT services including networks, printers, mobile devices, and access systems, manage the end-user hardware lifecycle, assist with IT setup and support for local events and projects, support and administer Microsoft 365 environments and workstation management, maintain IT procedures, and help onboard and train new employees on systems and hardware. Regular updates to the Head of IT on tasks and local IT status are also expected.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of IT helpdesk or user support experience, strong knowledge of Windows 11, Dell/HP laptops, and Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot is a plus. The ability to work independently as the main IT contact in a hub environment is essential.
