Organizational Development Intern
Arcesium is seeking an exceptional Organizational Development Intern to join our Human Capital team. This team is dedicated to managing the entire employee experience at Arcesium, a global financial technology firm that addresses complex data-driven challenges for sophisticated financial institutions. This remote-eligible internship offers a unique opportunity for post-graduate students to gain in-depth experience in organizational development within a dynamic and innovative company.
The intern will be responsible for diagnosing current organizational and talent processes, such as role clarity, role leveling, role architecture, and organizational structure, using structured frameworks and evidence-based methods. Key tasks include reviewing and redesigning role architecture elements, identifying process gaps across interconnected systems, and recommending improvements based on comprehensive research. Additionally, the intern will build practical artifacts like design principles, process maps, and governance matrices, and support stakeholder alignment through clear narratives and facilitation in working sessions.
Candidates should be pursuing a major in organizational psychology, human resource management, or organizational development, preferably at the Ph.D. level. Expertise in talent management, organization design, job architecture, or related areas is essential. Strong abilities in conducting primary and secondary research, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear recommendations, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in ambiguity and possess strong stakeholder instincts and professionalism.
The expected compensation for this position is $32 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on factors including prior experience and educational background. This role is remote-eligible in several states, including NY, NJ, MA, MN, IL, FL, TX, OH, PA, CT, NC, CA, and GA.
