Office & Facilities Lead

The Office & Facilities Lead at Betsson Group is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's offices in Malta. Key responsibilities include leading the facilities and office coordination team, managing coverage across two Malta offices, and overseeing office operations and administration. The role entails managing contracts and relationships with service providers such as cleaning, catering, and maintenance teams. Additionally, the Office & Facilities Lead is tasked with maintaining oversight of all office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, leading preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting employee engagement activities.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of four years' experience in office management, facilities, or workplace operations is required, along with at least two years managing flagship or high-profile corporate properties. Strong knowledge of workplace safety, compliance regulations, and building operations is essential, as are leadership and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and financial acumen.
