Merchant Onboarding Associate

As a Merchant Onboarding Associate at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in integrating new restaurant and retail partners onto our platform, ensuring they are set up for long-term success. This position is based in Vienna, Austria, and involves close collaboration with internal teams to maintain Wolt's high standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants, creating and maintaining venue pages with accurate menus and product information, and ensuring all content aligns with Wolt's brand standards. You will also provide training to partners on using Wolt's systems and monitor their progress to address any needs promptly.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in onboarding, partner operations, or merchant support. Fluency in both English and German is essential, along with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also important.
