Support Team Lead
As a Support Team Lead at Wolt in Baku, Azerbaijan, you will oversee a team of 20-25 Support Associates, ensuring seamless operations between customers, restaurant partners, and courier partners. Wolt, a rapidly growing tech company operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries, joined forces with DoorDash in 2022 to expand its global reach. This role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality customer experiences and driving the success of Wolt's marketplace in Azerbaijan.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing performance feedback to team members, ensuring the team meets defined KPIs, and identifying patterns in incoming requests to implement improvements. You will develop strategies to enhance customer service satisfaction, foster an environment where the team can thrive through encouragement and empowerment, and lead by example to set and raise service standards.
The ideal candidate has experience leading a customer-facing team and is passionate about team growth and development. You should be tech-savvy, capable of translating data into actionable insights, and possess a can-do attitude to drive improvements in customer service. Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani and English is required, with Russian language skills considered an advantage.
