Fleet Compliance Associate

As a Fleet Compliance Associate at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our delivery network. Wolt is a technology company that connects customers with a wide range of local businesses, offering fast and reliable delivery services across numerous cities. This position is based in Athens, Greece, and involves close collaboration with fleet partners to uphold regulatory standards and internal policies.

In this role, your primary responsibilities include coordinating with fleet companies to facilitate effective communication and information exchange. You will work alongside local Operations and Business Development teams to align compliance strategies, schedule and lead meetings with fleet partners on compliance matters, and collect and organize necessary documentation for compliance audits. Conducting thorough audits to assess adherence to regulations and policies, preparing detailed reports on findings, and collaborating with management to implement improvements are also key aspects of the job. Additionally, you will contribute to developing compliance guidelines, workshops, and training materials, support the expansion of compliance programs, and prepare regular reports on compliance activities and outcomes.

The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and analytical problem-solving capabilities. Previous experience in customer-facing or administrative roles is beneficial. Proficiency in English and Greek is required, along with familiarity with tools such as Microsoft and/or Google Workspace.
