Operations Associate, Fleets Compliance

As an Operations Associate in Fleets Compliance at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our fleet partners adhere to all relevant regulations and internal policies. This position is integral to maintaining the integrity and safety of our delivery network, contributing directly to the seamless operation of our services.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating communications with fleet companies, gathering and organizing necessary documentation for audits, and conducting compliance assessments. You will also be tasked with preparing detailed reports on audit findings, addressing any instances of non-compliance, and collaborating with management to implement recommended changes to enhance compliance processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and partners. Meticulous attention to detail is essential for ensuring compliance and accurate documentation. Additionally, strong problem-solving abilities are required to address incidents and implement optimizations. The ability to work effectively with both regional and global teams is also crucial. Fluency in English is required for this role.
