Merchant Onboarding Associate
As a Merchant Onboarding Associate at Wolt, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for restaurant and retail partners, ensuring they are set up for long-term success on the Wolt platform. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, overseeing compliance and content setup, and delivering a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining Wolt’s high standards.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants, creating and maintaining merchant venue pages—including menu setup, product photos, translations, and updates—in line with Wolt’s brand standards. You will ensure merchants receive Wolt-grade service throughout onboarding by monitoring progress, addressing needs, and maintaining supportive communication. Additionally, you will support post-activation success by sharing insights, best practices, and aligning merchants with Wolt’s service standards, as well as overseeing administrative systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and updated databases.
The ideal candidate is fluent in the local language and English, tech-savvy, and quick to learn and adapt to new tools. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong attention to detail, are essential. A structured and service-oriented mindset, coupled with a self-starter attitude and motivation to continuously improve processes, will contribute to success in this role.
