Arcesium LLC is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager for Account Management to serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth. This role involves developing and executing strategic business plans to optimize client value, balancing new revenue acquisition, profitability, and client satisfaction. The position is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, with hybrid work arrangements available.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning, capturing upsell opportunities, optimizing pricing, and overseeing service levels to drive revenue growth and profitability. The role also involves negotiating fees, service levels, and contracts, collaborating with global teams across the US, UK, and India to deliver innovative solutions, and overseeing invoicing and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and consistency with contract terms.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have 7-10 years of relevant client-facing experience in account management, sales, consulting, or client support, preferably within financial services or financial technology. Essential skills include the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, excellent presentation and communication abilities across all organizational levels, strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with the financial services or financial technology industries is also required.
