Manager / Senior Manager, Fund and Investor Allocation - Client and Partner Development
Arcesium is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team as a Forward Deployed Solution Architect. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our platform and clients' business requirements, delivering scalable and repeatable long-term solutions. You will work directly with client stakeholders and our product teams to address complex data challenges in the investment management sector.
Your primary responsibilities will include guiding top client stakeholders, such as CTOs and CDOs, on accelerating their data strategies through Arcesium. You will decompose client problems into component parts, design scalable solutions using our platform capabilities, and present these solutions both verbally and through detailed proposals. Additionally, you will lead various projects, including Proof of Concepts and implementations, manage stakeholder expectations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in client-facing roles that require strong consultative and solutioning skills, such as client solutions, professional services, or implementations. Hands-on experience in investor allocation and fund accounting across hedge funds, UCITS, IAM, and private funds is essential. Familiarity with complex fund structures, including multi-layer FOF, master-feeder, blocker, and UCITS, is also required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional projects across business and technology domains, are crucial.
