Manager, Revenue Operations
The Manager of Revenue Operations at AlphaSense will play a pivotal role in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the sales organization. This position involves close collaboration with sales leadership to develop and implement scalable processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms that drive key performance indicators such as pipeline generation and overall sales productivity.
Key responsibilities include optimizing existing sales processes to ensure scalability, designing and governing lead management and qualification processes, and creating regular business reporting and Salesforce dashboards. The role also involves partnering with Insights and Business Intelligence teams to analyze data, collaborating with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine go-to-market strategies, and managing the Quarterly Business Review process. Additionally, the Manager will provide real-time support on the sales tech stack and identify opportunities to enhance productivity through technology and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience working within a revenue organization, with a proven track record in driving productivity for a full sales organization. They should possess strong communication skills, a passion for improving processes, and experience in rolling out new technologies and workflows within a sales environment. A data-driven approach to identifying areas for improvement, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage projects effectively are essential. Experience with the B2B sales process and related tools is also required.
AlphaSense offers a competitive compensation range for this role, with a base salary between $112,000 and $140,000 USD. Additional components may include performance-based bonuses, equity, and a generous benefits program.
