Manager, Procurement Governance & Intelligence
The Manager, Procurement Governance & Intelligence at Grab is a pivotal role within the Procurement Governance & Intelligence (G&I) team, responsible for developing and implementing procurement policies, processes, and platforms across Grab's global operations. This position focuses on translating procurement strategies into actionable standards and ensuring that risk and sustainability considerations are integrated into daily procurement activities.
Key responsibilities include leading the creation and updating of procurement policies, playbooks, and decision frameworks to support category strategies. The role involves co-designing rule sets in Oracle tools to align with procurement policies, developing supplier segmentation and risk models, and establishing ESG onboarding requirements. Additionally, the manager will oversee governance dashboards, manage policy queries and exceptions, drive training initiatives, and publish governance updates to enhance compliance and efficiency.
Candidates should possess at least 10 years of procurement experience, with strong exposure to policy design, governance, supplier risk management, or ESG integration. Proven experience in authoring procurement SOPs and policies within multinational organizations is essential. Proficiency in procurement systems like Oracle, experience with AI tools to enhance productivity, strong stakeholder management skills, and an analytical mindset are also required. Prior experience in strategic sourcing or procurement transformation is advantageous.
