Manager, Procurement Governance & Intelligence
The Manager, Procurement Governance & Intelligence at Grab is a pivotal role within the Procurement Governance & Intelligence (G&I) team, responsible for developing and implementing procurement policies, processes, and platforms across Grab's global operations. This position focuses on translating procurement strategies into actionable standards and ensuring that risk and sustainability considerations are integrated into daily procurement activities.
Key responsibilities include leading the creation and updating of procurement policies and playbooks, co-designing rule sets in Oracle tools to align with procurement policies, developing supplier segmentation and risk models, and managing governance dashboards. The role also involves driving training initiatives, publishing governance updates, and acting as a deputy to the Head of Procurement G&I.
Candidates should possess at least 10 years of procurement experience, with strong exposure to policy design, governance, supplier risk management, or ESG integration. Proven experience in authoring procurement SOPs within multinational organizations, fluency in procurement systems like Oracle, and strong stakeholder management skills are essential. An analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate across various teams are also required.
