Manager, MCA

Arcesium LLC is seeking a Manager for its Management Company Accounting (MCA) team, responsible for overseeing complex accounting transactions and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions. This role is integral to maintaining the company's financial integrity and supporting its global operations.

The Manager will lead the month-end close process, validate financial statements, and oversee statutory audits. Responsibilities include managing direct and indirect tax compliance, coordinating with external auditors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on accounting treatments and compliance requirements. The role also involves driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls within the accounting, tax, and reporting functions.

Candidates should possess a CPA or CA certification and have 8-12 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, accounting, and tax across multiple entities and geographies. A solid understanding of statutory audits, month-end close processes, and financial reporting is essential. Experience in a SaaS or financial services environment within a multi-entity global organization is highly desirable.
