Manager, Customer Success Managers
AlphaSense is seeking a Manager of Customer Success to lead a team of approximately 10 client-facing product experts. This role is pivotal in ensuring customers derive maximum value from AlphaSense's AI-driven market intelligence platform. The Manager will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to deliver exceptional engagements, from impactful demos that secure new business to adoption campaigns that foster long-term success.
Key responsibilities include managing and developing a high-impact team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and tools for both pre- and post-sales engagements. The Manager will drive client value by tailoring engagements to specific personas, utilizing data-driven strategies tied to measurable outcomes. Additionally, the role involves strategic account coverage, partnering with sales leadership to prioritize accounts and align team resources effectively. Operational excellence is crucial, requiring the development of scalable playbooks and demo flows, leveraging product usage data and GenAI adoption insights. Cross-functional collaboration with Enablement, Marketing, and Product teams is also essential to align messaging and roll out new initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a client-facing SaaS role, such as Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Product Specialist, with at least two years leading high-performing teams. A deep understanding of financial services workflows is essential, with expertise in investment banking, private equity, and hedge funds considered a plus. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to tailor narratives to senior stakeholders. The candidate should be a data-driven decision-maker who uses metrics and insights to prioritize and measure success, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoying building for scale.
The base compensation range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000 USD. Additional benefits include performance-based bonuses, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits program.
