Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Betsson Group, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models that enhance our products and services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will address complex challenges and drive the adoption of machine learning solutions throughout the organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models to solve intricate business problems. You will oversee the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring. Additionally, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning models into production systems, ensuring they align with business objectives.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with a proven track record of deploying models in production environments. Proficiency in Python, MLFlow, and Spark is advantageous. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is required, with a preference for those experienced with AWS SageMaker. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights are essential. Excellent communication skills are also necessary to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
