Legal Counsel, Commercial

Teads is seeking a Legal Counsel, Commercial to join its Legal Commercial Team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for a lawyer with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience who enjoys being close to the business, solving real commercial problems, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders. The Legal Counsel will work closely with Teads' global business on various commercial and legal matters, including the full suite of Teads' commercial agreements, legal operations and processes, and commercial data privacy, and be the primary point of contact for the Japan business teams. Reporting to the Head of Legal, Asia Pacific and Global Affairs, the role requires strong collaborative and leadership skills to build credible business relationships with colleagues at all levels and champion a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability among fellow Teadsters.
