Lead Solution Engineer - Corp Tech

Arcesium is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer to join our Corporate Technology team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience and technical expertise to design, implement, and optimize Windows-based solutions in enterprise environments. You will play a pivotal role in integrating various Windows products and services, ensuring seamless interoperability and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and development of complex Windows-based solutions, providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and secure Windows architectures. Additionally, you will be responsible for researching and evaluating emerging technologies, identifying and mitigating risks associated with Windows-based solutions, and investigating and resolving complex technical issues related to Windows infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in architecting and implementing Windows-based solutions in enterprise environments. Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure/AWS virtualization, and Microsoft Defender is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, strong troubleshooting skills for macOS infrastructure, and coding/scripting capabilities in PowerShell and Python are also required. Experience with GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native architectures is highly desirable.
