Arcesium LLC is seeking a Lead Engineer to join its Corporate Technology team, focusing on the development and management of the company's internal ticketing platform. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the ticketing platform, including its architecture, development, deployment, and production operations. The role also encompasses managing CI/CD pipelines, overseeing containerized deployments on AWS, and ensuring robust monitoring and incident response mechanisms are in place.
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Java, including concurrency and JVM internals, and have hands-on experience with SQL Server, particularly in query optimization and schema migrations. Proficiency in JavaScript and modern UI frameworks is essential, along with experience in DevOps practices and cloud services, especially AWS. A solid understanding of RESTful API design, web application security, and microservices patterns is also required. Additionally, the ability to mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is crucial.
