Hands-on technical experience, particularly as a software developer, is strongly preferred. Proficiency in AI tools and platforms, a bachelor's degree (with a master's preferred), extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and exceptional communication skills are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders are also required.
