Junior Campaign Manager
Teads is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Campaign Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a leading omnichannel advertising platform, Teads partners with over 10,000 publishers and 20,000 advertisers globally, focusing on delivering meaningful business outcomes through predictive AI technology. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns from launch to optimization and performance delivery.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing both Self-Serve and Managed Service campaigns. For Self-Serve campaigns, you will support client onboarding onto Teads Ad Manager, provide guidance on campaign setup and brand safety alignment, and oversee the post-sale process, including setup, pacing, optimization, and post-campaign analysis. For Managed Service campaigns, you will handle end-to-end execution, monitor performance, implement optimizations to meet client KPIs, and prepare performance reports and insights.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a digital media agency, DSP, or AdTech environment. You should possess strong organizational skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with ad servers, verification platforms, DSPs, and other operational technologies is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and partners are also crucial.
