IT Technical Support/Help Desk
Teads is seeking an IT Technical Support/Help Desk professional to join our global Information Technology team, supporting our offices across Israel and the Asia-Pacific region. Based out of our Netanya office, this role is integral to maintaining the seamless operation of our IT services and infrastructure, ensuring that our employees have the technical support they need to perform at their best.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues, and maintaining office infrastructure, including audiovisual systems and endpoints. Your role will also involve managing IT services across local and remote locations, executing strategic IT projects, and collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant IT experience, with essential skills in managing endpoints and laptops (predominantly Mac, with some Windows), basic networking knowledge including VLAN, routing, and DNS/DHCP, and familiarity with LAN/WAN, security, and telecommunications. Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Office 365, and Slack is required, along with strong communication skills and fluency in English.
