Gong is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our Ramat Gan office. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to employees, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and SaaS tools. This position requires full on-site presence to effectively address day-to-day IT challenges.

Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to laptops, peripherals, and software applications across both Windows and macOS platforms. You will manage service requests and incidents from initial response through resolution, maintaining clear communication with employees throughout the process. Additionally, you will support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, including hardware setup, access management, and user guidance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of IT support experience, with proficiency in both Windows and macOS environments. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously with minimal supervision. Experience with tools such as Okta, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace is highly desirable. A service-oriented mindset and competence in basic network troubleshooting are also important for success in this role.
