Teads is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to join our global Information Technology team, supporting our offices across the IL & APAC regions and an employee population of around 1,000 employees. Based out of our Netanya office, we are looking for a solution-driven problem solver who can balance corporate demands within a fast-paced environment.

The Help Desk Specialist will primarily support end-users with their day-to-day needs, maintain office infrastructure, audiovisual equipment, and endpoints throughout Teads’ locations in the IL & APAC regions. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with the confidence and experience to provide daily operations and user support, handle IT services in our local and remote locations, and execute strategic IT projects while interacting with different departments and stakeholders.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant IT experience, basic experience managing endpoints/laptops (90% Mac, 10% Windows), basic networking knowledge including switching (VLAN), routing, and DNS/DHCP, and familiarity with LAN/WAN, security, and telecoms. Effective communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and internal customers are essential.
