Inventory Manager

The Inventory Manager at Instawork will oversee the custody, tracking, and reconciliation of high-value electronic assets, including iPhones and related accessories. This role is critical within the Operations team, ensuring strict compliance and documentation discipline to maintain accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities include receiving devices from the IT team, verifying their quantity, serial numbers, and physical condition, and recording all inward movements promptly. The manager will also handle the distribution of inventory to Field Operations, ensuring no item is moved without proper documentation, and perform daily reconciliations between physical stock and records.

Candidates must have experience handling high-value inventory, proficiency in Google Sheets, and familiarity with manual inventory registers. High attention to detail and accuracy are essential. A background in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operations, and experience managing electronic devices or serialized assets are preferred.
