The Incident Manager at Betsson Group leads the team responsible for managing all production incidents, ensuring maximum service availability and performance for customers. This role involves supporting the team, maintaining and improving systems, and resolving events or incidents within the infrastructure and providers. The Incidents Team plays a vital role in maintaining the seamless operation of Betsson's numerous brands.

Key responsibilities include providing major incident leadership for crisis management, preparing commercial and business communications regarding major incidents, and following up on post-mortem efforts for high-impact incidents. The Incident Manager also supports existing LiveOps teams in leadership, mentorship, and manpower management, successfully managing the team to maintain KPIs and an agile way of working. Although the position is Monday through Friday, participation in an on-call rotation and shift coverage as necessary is required.

The ideal candidate excels in detecting, correlating, and analyzing events in the technical environment, leading a team while maintaining KPIs and overall vision. Proficiency in Windows and Linux server support, containers, virtualization, web technologies (JavaScript, React,.NET), Puppet, Octopus, CI/CD systems, scripting methods (PowerShell, BASH), AWS, and networking is essential. High-quality communication skills, both written and spoken in English, are also required.
