Implementation Consultant, Enterprise Intelligence
The Implementation Consultant, Enterprise Intelligence at AlphaSense is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Enterprise Intelligence product for clients. This role involves managing post-sale processes and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and value realization. The consultant will serve as the bridge between pre-sale technical implementation and post-implementation account rollout, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of enterprise account management and support.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing detailed project plans aligned with client goals, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary resources, conducting regular meetings to inform clients of implementation progress, creating and modifying training programs for each client engagement, and proactively identifying potential risks during the implementation process. Additionally, the consultant will establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor and report on team and individual performance, and develop comprehensive playbooks to guide future implementations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager, or in enterprise customer success. They should possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Experience with tools such as Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, and Catalyst is preferred. A passion for learning, ambition, and a focus on adding value to the client experience are essential qualities for this role.
