The HR Shared Services Manager at Betsson Group will lead the Malta-based team, overseeing the delivery of core HR services across all global hubs. This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and quality of HR operations within a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities include managing the HR Shared Services team to ensure consistent execution of processes such as contracting, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding. The manager will design and implement frameworks that define process ownership, documentation, and escalation paths. Additionally, the role involves driving automation and digitalization initiatives to streamline workflows and improve accuracy, including the application of AI tools to reduce administrative workload.

Candidates should possess 5–6 years of experience in HR Shared Services or HRIS-focused roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity within HR Operations or Shared Services. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Proficiency in designing and implementing HR processes, hands-on experience with HRIS systems (preferably SAGE People), and strong analytical skills are essential.
