Head of Product - Player Account Management
As Head of Product for Player Account Management (PAM) at Betsson Group, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of the PAM platform, a core component of our bespoke iGaming system. This platform manages customer accounts and supports registration, onboarding, responsible gaming, and compliance across multiple brands and jurisdictions. You will be based at our Malta headquarters, collaborating closely with various internal teams and B2B partners to drive growth and innovation.
In this senior leadership role, your primary responsibilities include defining and communicating the product vision and strategy for the PAM platform, ensuring alignment with Betsson's overall business objectives. You will own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer and business value, technical excellence, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will establish and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure product success and team growth.
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related domain, and over 10 years of experience in product management and related roles. Relevant iGaming experience working with platform products is essential. The ideal candidate will be a humble and inspirational leader who leads by example, sets high standards, and fosters a high-performance culture. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present confidently to C-Level executives, are also required.
