Head of Product Design

As the Head of Product Design at Betsson Group, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team within the product organization. This role involves leading a central design function, setting design standards, and supporting product teams to create exceptional customer experiences. Betsson Group is a leading online gambling company, offering casino, poker, bingo, sports betting, and scratch card services through over 20 brands.

In this position, you will lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation. Your responsibilities include defining and governing design systems at scale, ensuring consistency across multiple products and platforms, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and senior stakeholders in an agile environment. Additionally, you will contribute to product strategy and influence product roadmaps in partnership with product leadership.

The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in product design, user experience, interaction design, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design leadership, complex problem-solving, and delivery of high-impact product experiences is essential. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, service design, and accessibility standards is required. Experience with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar is also necessary.
