Head of Experiential, Instawork
Instawork is seeking a Head of Experiential to build and scale our Experiential Marketing partnerships, working closely with Instawork’s Co-Founder and CEO. This is a unique opportunity to define strategy and execution in a rapidly evolving industry – connecting our 8M+ flexible workers (“Pros”) with leading brands and agencies who rely on brand ambassadors and event staff to bring their campaigns to life.
The Head of Experiential will be responsible for defining and implementing Instawork’s strategy for cultivating experiential marketing partnerships, adapting to evolving industry needs and opportunities. This role involves representing Instawork externally as a leader in the experiential space, fostering innovation and collaboration. Additionally, the position requires building and growing relationships with top companies in experiential marketing, including brands and agencies, and working closely with internal teams to execute on partner data needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in experiential marketing, staffing, or adjacent fields, with a strong understanding of industry trends, players, and challenges. Proven relationship-building skills with agencies, brands, and category leaders are essential. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking abilities, be comfortable adapting strategies as markets evolve, and have experience working across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other functions to deliver results. Strong communication skills and the ability to represent Instawork externally as a thought leader are also required.
The base salary for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options and includes benefits such as a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans with coverage beginning on the date of hire, flexible paid time off, at least 8 paid company holidays annually, phone and commuter stipends, supplemental pay on qualified leaves, employee health savings accounts (HSA) contribution, flexible spending plans, and a 401K plan.
