Head of Design
Teads Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Head of Design for the APAC region to lead the planning, design, and development of multimedia content and creative solutions. This role combines strategic creative leadership with hands-on design expertise, focusing on delivering attention-driven creative solutions across various formats, including Connected TV, Rich Media inRead video, display, and interactive creatives. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to define design objectives and ensure high-quality execution.
Key responsibilities include partnering with internal teams, agencies, and clients to develop omnichannel campaign concepts, selecting appropriate formats and media based on campaign objectives, and leading the design and development of campaign assets using professional creative tools. The role also entails overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring consistency and adherence to technical and brand standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital campaign design across various advertising formats, advanced proficiency in professional creative and motion design software, and a strong ability to translate campaign briefs into effective visual concepts. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring designers and guiding creative output is also required.
