Head of Artificial Intelligence

Betsson Group is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Artificial Intelligence to lead AI initiatives across the company. This strategic leadership role involves establishing a Center of Excellence, promoting the integration and utilization of AI, and enhancing products and services by embedding AI and machine learning to support the company's accelerated growth.

The Head of AI will develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's goals, driving innovation and optimizing technology operations. Responsibilities include staying updated on industry trends, exploring new AI technologies such as Generative AI and MLOps, and leading the development of advanced machine learning models for real-time applications. Additionally, the role involves designing and deploying frameworks to standardize AI and machine learning utilization across the company.

Candidates should possess a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in AI, including significant leadership roles within high-growth environments. Proficiency in AI technologies, real-time data analytics, machine learning algorithms, MLOps, and Generative AI Cloud Frameworks is essential. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to inspire teams and translate complex AI concepts into clear business strategies.
