Grocery Shift Lead

Wolt is seeking a dedicated and experienced Grocery Shift Lead to join our team at the Wolt Market in Berlin. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient daily operations and maintaining high standards of service. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing store activities during your shifts, acting as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager. Your duties will include resolving operational issues, managing workloads, ensuring team efficiency, and handling administrative tasks. Additionally, you will collect and relay feedback to improve store operations and proactively participate in developing strategies to enhance overall performance.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Grocery Associate in Wolt Market or other grocery stores/retail environments. Experience in leading a team within a similar industry is essential. We are looking for someone who is proactive, service-minded, a fast learner, and capable of multitasking. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, is required. Professional working proficiency in both English and German is necessary.
