Grocery Associate

Wolt is seeking part-time Grocery Associates to join our Wolt Market team in Düsseldorf, Germany. As a Grocery Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations within our delivery-only grocery stores, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional convenience and customer experience.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include processing orders through our Merchant app, accurately picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and courier partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries from vendors, managing internal systems that contain detailed information about products, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

The ideal candidate is proactive, a fast learner, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. While prior experience in a grocery store is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is considered a plus. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Germany.
