GRC & Security Student Analyst
Teads is seeking a motivated and curious student to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team as a GRC & Security Student Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of security, compliance, and technology within a leading omnichannel advertising platform. As part of our team, you'll contribute to real-world audits, security processes, and innovative GRC automation initiatives using AI.
In this position, you will support ongoing audits and certifications, including ISO, ITGC, TISAX, and SOC 1, by assisting with evidence collection, tracking, and documentation. You'll participate in vendor risk assessments, system security reviews, and Business Impact Analysis activities, working closely with teams to identify and track risks. Additionally, you'll help build and improve automated GRC processes, exploring and applying AI tools to streamline compliance and security work, optimizing workflows, and reducing manual effort.
We are looking for a student pursuing a degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an interest in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management. Comfort working with data, systems, and tools, along with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, are essential. While not required, a basic understanding of security concepts, familiarity with compliance frameworks, and an interest or experience in automation, scripting, or AI tools are advantageous.
