Global Robotics Partnership Associate

Instawork is seeking a Global Robotics Partnership Associate to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This role is integral to our mission of bridging the gap between leading robotics companies and our expansive labor marketplace, facilitating the development of high-quality training datasets essential for advancing physical AI.

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and securing global partnerships with organizations that manage diverse labor forces. Your primary objective will be to integrate Instawork's technology and operations to transform manual labor processes into structured data suitable for robotic training. This role demands proactive outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, encompassing the full cycle of partner acquisition from initial contact to data collection. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and Head of Robotics to drive initiatives forward and should anticipate extensive global travel to partner sites.

The ideal candidate possesses a 'founder' mindset with a strong bias for action, demonstrating the ability to deliver results without waiting for direction. You should thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and be comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid iteration. A minimum of 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales development, or inside sales is required, with a proven track record of managing deals beyond initial qualification.
